The theme chosen for Women’s World Day of Prayer 2009 “In Christ There are Many Members Yet One Body”, featured Papua New Guinea (PNG) a country of many languages, cultures, traditions and beliefs. Although the people are different in many ways they continue to experience the spirit of unity in diversity. This year the WWDF ecumenical Service for Ealing took place at Kingsdown on Friday 6th March 2009.
The following pages have some pictures of the event which was followed by a Go Bananas event in support of Fairtrade.
